#All our bookings are confirmed by payment & we do not send out maids without receiving payment

#The maids are dropped off @ the client's home/office to work for an 8 hour day inclusive of a 30 mins lunch break. The maids do NOT work overtime.

#Clients can offer maids food out of their own goodwill otherwise the ladies carry own lunch.

#Maids Brigade cleaners work under client instructions, client to provide cleaning material except for team bookings

#We strive to take necessary steps to ensure that the ladies are honest & competent but accidents do happen & Maids Brigade does not accept liability for any theft allegations, we however will assist the authorities in any way possible, we also ask that clients lock away all valuables to avoid temptation.

#Our placement fee for full time live in maids is 10% of the maid's annual salary, payable upon her commencement of duties.

# All our maids are employed by Maids Brigade & have signed a restraint of trade agreement i.e no client may go into private arrangements with our helpers without following the proper placement procedure.

Should such happen, the client is require to pay a R4000 fine to cover training & placements costs.
